All Pinkiss products are handcrafted in Vietnam with meticulous care, ensuring softness, breathability, and complete safety for children’s sensitive skin.

3. Does Pinkiss offer personalized designs or name embroidery?
Yes! Pinkiss offers customization options such as name embroidery, fabric colors, sizes, and character choices from our official design catalog.
All personalization options and any additional fees (if applicable) will be clearly displayed during the ordering process.


4. Does Pinkiss offer gift wrapping?
Currently, we do not provide special gift-wrapping services for birthdays, baby showers, or similar occasions.
However, all Pinkiss products are neatly and beautifully packaged—making them ideal for gifting.

For personalized products: Please allow an additional 2–4 business days.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Within Vietnam: 1–5 business days depending on location.

  • International: 7–20 business days depending on destination and shipping method.

8. What is Pinkiss’s return/exchange policy?
We’re committed to customer satisfaction with a transparent and fair return/exchange policy:

Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Original tags and packaging are intact

  • The item is not personalized (unless due to a manufacturing defect)

🔹 International Customers:
Returns/exchanges are accepted within 14–30 days depending on your country, if:

  • The product is unused

  • Packaging is intact and proof of purchase is provided

  • The item is not personalized (unless defective or damaged during shipping)

  • Hoa Duong Production & Trading Co., Ltd. (Vietnam) is the exclusive manufacturer and distributor in Vietnam, and is authorized to fulfill domestic and international orders on behalf of Bloomora.
