1. Return Window

Return requests may be submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • With original tags and packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Used items or items without original packaging
  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Digital gift cards
  • Items marked as Final Sale

3. Return Shipping & Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective or incorrect items.

A 2% restocking fee may apply to approved returns.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7–10 days.

For valid claims:

  • Return shipping will be covered
  • A replacement or refund will be provided

5. Exchanges

To ensure faster service, we recommend:

  • Submitting a return request
  • Placing a new order separately

6. Store Credit

Approved returns may be refunded as Store Credit.

Store Credit:

  • Can be used on pinkiss.shop
  • Is saved automatically to your account
  • Applies at checkout when logged in

7. Refunds (Original Payment Method)

Refunds will be issued within 7–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

8. EU Customers – Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the EU:

Customers may return or cancel orders within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.

Items must be unused and include proof of purchase.
